There are five series of products,namely"Greenprod","Lekang","Leflam","Lecomp"&"Leden" in Lixin product portfolio.
Greenprod series product,Non-halogenated FR products,in line with the environmental,safety and health requirements in product design for EC markets.They are used mainly in electronic appliance as connectors,terminal block and electircal motor frame or enclosure.
Lekang series product,GF/Mineral reinforced products,designed for strength,toughness,high HDT and chemical resistance.They are used mainly in Automotive industry (underthe hood applications)as manifold,radiator housings,batter tray,motor frame,etc.Besides,due to their high RTI,they are also in electric/electronic appliance as motor frame,transformer bobbin and power-tool housing.
Leflam series of product,FR and GF reinforced,designed to meet the application requirements where strength and FR concerns are to be met together.They are used as high speed motor frame,high tension transformer bobbin,connectors,etc
Lecompseries of product,toughened or alloying,for high impact strength at low temperature. They are used in sport gears and safety equipments.Besides,polymer alloy product like PC/ABS,will be used in business machine like printer&scanner as enclosure or housings,and as mobile phone housing.
Leden series of specialty compounds,is custom-make to have special characteristics such as conductive,internal lubricated and good dimensional stability.They are used mainly in business machine as printer componest,where electro-static build-up,part wear and noise generation are of concerns. |
